yes right.
poverty can be reduced by bringing all capitalistic industry under government rule and literacy can be reduced by strong laws. we do not have such law's in India due to democracy and we love democracy because it's slow but steady. Let people learn their own is our goal.

Anyone knows that the only real world sports are - Soccer, Cricket, Hockey and Tennis. The rest are severely geographically restricted. And in these 3 out of 4 sports - Cricket, Hockey and Tennis - India is miles ahead of China. And even in soccer, China has not done anything of note.

You got it totally wrong buddy.
China is way ahead of India in the sports department. Ever see the Olympics. Of the 4 sports you mentioned only football and tennis can qualify to be called as true world sports and China is relatively better than us in them too.

We not need only quality but also quantity. If we have Prahar LCA Rockets Missiles Su 30 etc. It must havein better number. Shaurya etc also in big number for better threats. Only good Quality nkt enough.
