Not sure! All are just speculations! However I see no other option but to establish a national unity Govt/caretaker Govt for long time in order to create a democracy atmosphere to arrange a free and fair election!

Maybe it will be like Fakhruddhin regime! Who knows , nobody is telling exactly what's the plan!


So at first a caretaker or national unity govt must take power to create an atmosphere of free and fair election! Late Dr Jafarullah Chowdhury actually proposed it at first!.

You make interesting points. From my perspective I do not think military getting involved is a good idea, they tend to make things worse.

Transition of power is a must. BAL will seek to oppose and delay the reckoning that is coming their way.

This transition must be a peaceful one and if that means giving BAL immunity from prosecution then so be it. There is a deal to be done here. I do not think any BD wants caos.

Political maturity can only be built on shared vision of multi party power rotating system. This is directly against BAL ethos so they need to compromise and subscribe to this. BNP needs to become more open for cooperation and leave behind the hurt and legitimate grievance they have against BAL for their repressive tactics. JP and Jamat needs fall in line as well.

I do not believe it is impossible for our politicians to trash this out between themselves amicably. They need a bit of a push. BAL must see how unstable their house of cards is.... heres hoping sane minds will prevail, BD does not require political instability in this time of economic downturn.

Learn to think beyond BNP and BAL! Don't be a frog in a well! If BNP was bad , BAL isn't doing any good , specially from failed COVID-19 management!

Some big buildings aren't development, electricity through quick rental isn't development, and that's already falling!

From last year load shedding is terrible in most of areas in Bangladesh!

So what actually BAL had done? Other than taking loan and filling their bank account in the name of development?
