Pakistan has a different stance from the UN on JuD (not on the LeT), just like India has a different stance from the UN on Kashmir being disputed territory. Pakistan has asked India for evidence that links JuD to the LeT, but they have failed to do so.

You're confused, the JuD is not the same as the LeT, & India has not provided any evidence that links the two. Yes, the JuD was banned in Dec. 2008 in alleged links with the LeT, but you failed to provide any evidence to support your allegations. The LeT has been banned from raising funds in Pakistan.

The GoP bans a terrorist organisation & according to you, its incumbent on GoI to provide proof ? We are not the ones who are confused, it is you who are, if you believe that anyone of us is going to buy that sorry excuse. An attack originates from within Pakistan, the conspiracy is hatched in Pakistan, the terrorists are Pakistani nationals, they received training in Pakistan and yet you ask for India to provide you with the proof ? Are your forces so incompetent that when the entire conspiracy is hatched & the attack controlled from within Pakistan, they are unable to come up with any evidence other than what is provided by India? the truth is that no proof will ever be enough, this was no attack by a looney brigade of the Let/JuD, it was an attack which enjoyed the sanction of some elements of the state of Pakistan which is the only reason that such sorry excuses are trotted out.

Having read and understood all I just cant understand one thing here ...why no body mentioned that 1948 UN resolution on Kashmir which waas unanimously adopted by all of the members countries then...How can any one in his right mind assume that Kashmir is a lost cause for Pak when in reality still there is 7 lac indiain army in that little place with a population of 6 million only means one armed soldier for every 9 innocent civilians excluding women and children the ration comes to one soldier to 3-4 adult men ...what kind of democracy is that LET THEM DECIDE FOR THEMSELVES ...follow the UN resolution beside that we have no issue with india they are humans like us who likes to be happy n satisfied among their families...As for as A'stan is concerned let people say whatever thay want to but let me remind you to thats a land that has never been occupied by anyone in history and with the required help pf pakistan and its people all the Yanks and Hindus will be thrown off with bleeding a***s sooon....and future is all of pakistan let us just get rid of corrupt politicians ....There is no other country in the world with such potential and great strategic location...If we together with Iran close the hormuz strait alone all the US ,EU and Indian industry will be closed coz of no fuel or we can just impose tax on every crude carrier as that area comes within our range of international waters according to international laws....ALL WE NEED IS UNITY AND THE REALIZATION OF OUR STRENGTH....

One thing I can say,
almost 99 % indians except one or two jerks felt really bad, when pakistan's sovereignty was violated and 24 of its soldiers were killed.

Its like your govt is american ally and people are not.
Similarly, our govt didn't condemn the attack but people of india want that act should be condemned.

Regarding getting in US camp, almost all indians here are saying same thing thousand times, India had, has and will always have independent policy.
Anybody can guess, now how easily can India get in US camp, But India has tried very hard to maintain the distance and until now is quite succesful at it.

It was temporarily banned by Pakistan for having alleged terror links to the LeT, but as no evidence came from India linking the JuD to the LeT, the ban was revoked.
