Most likely.. they have been in the missile business as long as Iran if not longer.. just imagine..Egypt was developing the V1 and V2 right after WW2!

If somebody says it's going to happen any time sooner than 2030s he has no idea about missiles and space launch vehicles !

Pakistan, Saudi, Turkey, Egypt should cooperate on space tech, it will cut the time and developement cost..

Egypt has more than 50 years in missile tech.. It was the one who has helped NK the most..so what ever yu see in NK, you can be sure Egypt has it too..at list the full plans and specs.. it is just a matter of choosing the right time and the right circumstances to do it..
