We are not a Air Superiority Airforce
We refuse to make our own Engines for Tanks
We go against Terrorist on Western frontier , on foot instead of 150+ Helicopter fleet
Strategic Bombers , are not needed as it would hurt feelings of other nations
Our Space sattelite can just be sent on someone else's Rocket
Engines , hell we will just order some why bother to make one


hmmm sums it up

Any thing that starts with the terminology "Strategic ------" our planners worry less about buying and more about finding excuses to shelf that idea

Sorry to contradict you Sir but Germany did had alot of Bomber Aircraft in service during WW2. The only problem they had was they kept losing bombers with whole Crews mostly. How else were they able to keep bombing Britain during the War.

During WW2 Luftwaffe was operated tactically to gain conventional air-superiority in the skies through face to face dogfights.
Which meant strategic bombing wasn't the first priority as in case of allied powers at the time against Germany.
This is also influenced due to the gains made by blitzkreig and the initial thrusts (Before BoB)

Same holds true fo PAF ,It is operated to hold back and provide cover to groud force against a 3x larger enemy.
The only reason is economics and the budget is being stretched from Government spending to defense needs ,Perhaps if the sleeping nation wakes up to ask the Government where is the 30 % black economy going? and why the Government is zip about it.
