it might be true that many govts do it, but rarely end up killing their own people..a low intensity bomb which only cause minor damage can also be effective.
Also if you presume all terror attack as false flag, unless proven otherwise, pakistani govt is then going to be the mother of all false flags, killing 30k of their own people to prove a point (something which still need to be clarified, what is the motive behind all this madness)

Did you read the entire article? Because if you had read it you wouldn't have said what you said because it also exposes Turkey, Algeria and Indonesia to name a few. They are Muslim states in case you didn't know. Governments are usually the terrorists and criminals, that is the point of this article. It's not about West vs East.
