There are many others.. but the news on this thread is about a strategic CNC plant with transfer of very advanced technologies..This factory that manufactures CNC machines in production lines is of the heavy factories that are not originally intended for export, and It was never heard that a country bought such a factory..this is a first.. and quite an achievement on its own..

10,000 ton foundry is great. Even better when they build the 35K ton capacity to pour much larger molds. Not only that, but much more modern and safer and more automated than the other current foundries in Egypt. The industrialization is moving right along with every great move Sisi is doing. The hatos will always linger in the background and can easily be ignored.

I think in whole Egyptian history Morsi was only elected president. Good or bad, he should've completed his tenure and if he was bad then in the next election, he would've wiped out completely

you are 100% right he was elected and he should complete his term . but egyption people are too much in love with dictatorship that they cant live without it a day now . its been decades of decades they are under military dictators its now normal for them as its normal for others to be under democratic people .

one of the thing i notice in egyptions they are also loving and glamorizing thier military as any 3rd world country . its state within a state and egyptions cant live under civilian gov now . may be in future but they are not ready yet . all that revolution was just to remove one old dictator to install the younger one

Morsi should’ve stepped down at least because of the failures.
He couldn’t preserve secularism nor can his government provide Egypt’s capital with electricity. Everyone says Sisi is bad, a killer and a dictator (no problem). But Morsi was a guy insuring the MB’s power on the corpse of anyone who died because of the security’s incompetence and the radicals encouraged by having the MB in power. Everyone misses how the MB was later accused of falsifying votes, and having benefited by pressuring the Military Council of running elections at a time no other party was ready to undergo (basically being steps ahead and having more campaigns) look at the protestors faces in 2011 and the ones in Rabaa in 2013. Wasn’t it a clear split based on religious beliefs @Imran Khan ?
The reason I’m saying so is because everyone here ignored the pro-coup stance and supporters, labeling them as small groups or idiots while Islamists were mostly at the very bottom of the Egyptian society. Everyone would ask a pro Morsi and would hear: “The military has killed (a figure) of unarmed protestors in Rabaa” while one in every twenty five civilians in Cairo was walking with a gun or a melee weapon? You come to us and tell us “you murderers shouldn’t have pushed the barriers around Rabaa on top of the people” while actually ignoring Rabaa being a residential place with its citizens unable to leave, under attack or having to be checked by protestors who have no legal reason to do so? Do you actually think people in Rabaa were surprised to see tanks and vehicles at the end of the street during the riot! They were told to leave and evacuate yet they did not. The Military preserved what the MB never did which was secularism, something that kept Egypt united since independence and something that formed the basis of anti British movements. Now, would you leave a guy in power shifting Pakistan’s ideology from Islamic to Christian without a rebellion that would need a military intervention? If you would, how about the rest of the Pakistani society?
