We were discussing North Korean made MANPADS captured in operation against PKK in Diyarbakir.

Someone said, Turkish soldiers found ADS missiles made by North Korea on pkk members and wondering how they get this. This could be a possible answer. Arabs could sale this weapons to pkk.
