You were undeveloped and uneducated most of your history, let's be honest you still are.
Look at the history of the Arabs and history of the Turks, look at the Umayyads and the Abbasids, Baghdad, Andalusia. Look even further back and you'll see ancient civilizations recorded and flourished in Arabia.
Arabs brought the Turks as "Mamlooks" you know what that means in Arabic? it means the "Owned ones" yes, you were slaves brought from the steppes to serve in private armies, then the slave soldiers became generals, then they committed coupes and took over and the rest is history.
Don't speak to me about education when you can still see our ancient Architecture and the residue of the discoveries of our scientific institutions still reverberating throughout the modern world. Our language permeating all the scientific lingos in all fields.
The genetics you are bad-mouthing are the genetics of Muhammad (Peace be upon him) the genetics of geniuses like Ali and Khalid ibn Alwalid. The Turks without the Arabs are literally nothing, no better than the Mongols. The only way for Turks to have influence outside of their Arab gifted territories is by tracing roots to common destinies with the Arabs. Same with the Mullahs of Iran, whose only hope of spreading their tentacles outside of Persia is by their head rulers, the Ayatollahs, claiming that they are of Qurashian Arab lineage, of Arab DNA.
Turks have maintained military rule and without a doubt ruled over an important militarized culture, but that's it. You have no culture, your language is weird and insignificant, and has no written form or letters, everything is borrowed. The only reason you have a known history was through the religion that was revealed to, carried, and preached by the Arabs, written in Arabic words. What does that say about you? yes it says that you're not people of science or culture, but hey you created cannons and stuff so I guess that it is something.
And by the way, for recent history, most of the Arab world was colonized, some even getting independence in the 70s. And oil was cheap and insignificant til the 80's, and this is where Saudi Arabia was able to purchase and nationalize its oil industry. People around this time were just barely educated. So to see where Saudi Arabia is now compared to Turkey is truly how you measure things up. Both in development and when it comes to being true to our Ummah.
Look at where we were and where we are today, Turkey was one of the first countries to recognize Israel, and even now, they are adding more flights and increasing trade with them, and look the non-existent recognition of Israel from Saudi Arabia. Look at foreign bases and Turkey with it's Incirlik Air Base, a stepping mat for the U.S. where Saudi Arabia has no foreign bases at all. I can keep going but I think this is enough for you.
