Vicious European countries should not be trusted: Imam Khamenei - Khamenei.ir
The Supreme Leader once again urged the officials of the Islamic Republic to avoid relying on the European heads of states and held: But, as frequently mentioned before, we should not at all place hope and trust on anyone except for the domestic forces, in particular, not on those that have raised the flag of hostility against the Islamic Republic and the Islamic establishment, firstly led by the U.S., and next by the European countries.
His Eminence warned his audience that the motives of these European states do not differ from the motives behind the U.S.'s actions, stating that: These few European countries openly show hostility to the Islamic Republic. Their motives for hostility with the Islamic Republic are not inherently different from those of the U.S.; even though, the U.S. is quite peculiar.

The Leader of the Revolution went on to say: [The Europeans] do not have the same capabilities, hegemony and facilities [as the U.S.]; but, the mentality of the European leaders is the same as that of the U.S. officials. They enter the scene as mediators, they negotiate, contact, make calls, make lengthy speeches, and make commitments, but they are not truthful.
Ayatollah Khamenei slammed the European partners of the Iran nuclear deal also known as JCPOA for submitting to the United States and giving in to the cruel sanctions imposed by the U.S. on Iran and maintained: Europe adhered to the U.S.'s cruel secondary sanctions and did not take any steps [against it]. I addressed the European leaders, saying: ‘you must act if you are honest.’

EU has no leverage. As long as Iran can maintain trade with China, Russia and it's immediate neighbourhood, these snap back sanctions would be indifferent. We are experiencing heavier sanctions than before JCPOA so the threat of EU withdrawal is useless. In such climate only substantial leverage would yield results in diplomacy. Denying EU access to Middle East, further nuclear development, control of narcotics flow, migration flow and airliner use of airspace are some ways of applying pressure to EU.

It's about arms embargo; and last excuse.

I think Iran has a winning hand right now, it needs to play it's cards well to maximize the out come. JCPOA unlocked Iran's assets, allowed Iran to push against ISIS and secure resistance axis. That resulted in major market opportunities for Iranian industry and services. It's time to get rid of corruption and maximize our productivity. We have a limited time to utilize the current situation and overhaul the economy, soon oil & gas become irrelevant and we need to put every bit money generated from these into sustainable green economy and flourish and elevate the region. Only then we can have a secure neighborhood and free of outsider.

No trade mechanism until Iran passes terrorism financing laws: French diplomat - Reuters
A European trade mechanism to barter humanitarian and food goods with Iran will not work until Tehran sets up a mirror company and meets international standards against money-laundering and terrorism financing, a French diplomatic source said.

France explores a credit line for Iran, but needs Trump's buy-in - POLITICO
In return for the credit line, Tehran would have to fully comply with the 2015 nuclear deal and commit to not threatening security in the Persian Gulf and not impeding freedom of maritime navigation. The country would also have to agree to future talks on Middle East security and on more long-term nuclear arrangements, French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves le Drian said Tuesday. The credit line would be guaranteed by Iranian oil.

So in return of their ridiculous offers, Europeans (on behalf of U.S) expect Iran to:
fully implement the JCPOA
+ extended limitations on our nuclear program
+ sanction anybody which west calls terrorist (all of our allies)
+ limit our regional activities so that west-backed terrorists (including Saudi Arabia) could forward their anti-Iranian plans freely.

Conclusion:
Possibility of a deal with EU is absolute Zero.

P.S:
If you wonder what has made them so hopeful to even think about such a ridiculous offers, it's called Rouhani/Zarif traitors.

As usual let me remind you that you are no genius when it comes to strategy...you IRGC guys should stick to playing solider, leave diplomacy to the elected officials. There is a reason why no military people in all of the free world cannot or will not dictate politics in their countries, because they know their function.

As if you naive and and brain-washed reformists know anything about politics,
you consider yourself smart, while in fact your decisions are based on very primitive and formulas and predictable short term patterns.
In the world of politics, your place is beside Qaddafi.

From Soviet Union to Libya to Iran, you were and are the best kind of enemy for Americans.
