Israel was anticipating a response, there will be no war. Although it's unclear if it is Syrian army firing at source of Israeli shelling or indeed is IRGC. If it is organized by IRGC it is mostly symbolic for now and won't deter Israel from further strikes. Unless they respond this way every time an strike occurs.
