There are more then 80 mud volcanoes located in Pakistan.The highest Concentration is just 3 hrs drive from Makran Coastal highway towards North in Hingol National Park, Baluchistan, Pakistan.

So they are similar to Indians .

Close to 75% of the Pakistanis (east of Indus river) and culturally and ethnically similar to North-West Indians. Although many of them like to think themselves as Arab descendants. You go to any village in Punjab or Sindh in Pakistan, most of the people there would be similar as people in the villages of Indian Punjab, Gujarat etc.
