Then a nation would grow thankless of its soldier,its leaders,its scientist,its labourers. A man's gallantry should be awarded because people know under the circumstances he has achieved it.If a soldiers was not amazed by the heroics of war heroes he would not have gone in the army.If a lawyers was not impressed brilliant speeches and methods of muhammad ali jinnah he would not had been there.heroes not only give the young one to look up to but also influence their life.
Nobody remembers a spartan without their bravery.There is no pictures,no voices, only tales.Tales inspire thousands.Through these tales a son tells his mother I am off to a battle to win honour and glory.

Yes.
Only when you need continuous stimulation of stories to act in the right way.
Which in my opinion, should not be. Right is right, no matter how much effort and resources it needs.
These heroes did their duty, for which department prepared them. The real satisfaction for me is that the department is still functional and personnel under it are still performing their duties.
I don't know, maybe I am too cold to understand this concept.

Maybe you are mixing two things up:
Personal achievements,
Departmental achievements
You see it was the whole PAF in feb 2019 airstrikes
Air defence
Griffins
AWACS
They worked together for a commen goal for which they were appaulded.
Air marshal in this case was a spearhead .His other achievements are worth noticable too.
You see the olympic gold is handed to the athlete and not the team in which coaches, managers, board heads are included .Although they play an important role.
Maybe i am drifting a little off.

It's not about condemning the glorification. It's the side effects of the background thinking that makes people search for heroes, while not doing anything for the nation.
I hate the heroes, as these people postponed our eventual destination (the utther destruction).

To hear and see how he has come shows that discipline, training and aggressiveness when kept in check and applied properly would achieve greater results than projected. His professionalism speaks for it, and the most recent skirmish in February 2019 is a great example.

People like him and Imran Amin... And others of 80s and 90s.... Had they been in the cockpits during Swift Retort, would have ripped IAF apart....

I mean, they trained for such a thing for their whole lives, fingers itching to put it in practice.... IAF was lucky it didn't have to face this onslaught...

Imran Amin was one the best Viper drivers Pakistan has ever seen. Humble on ground, bolder than most in the air.

There were 2 overseas pilots, who despite in their 50s and 60s, were ready for Pakistani cockpits due to their current status in fast-jets as combat instructor pilots.

It was not just Haseeb Paracha, it was a strong department, that groomed this man, the team, provided them with better equipment, and who ultimately responded to Indian aggression.

That's the thinking we need.

Haseeb was nothing without the air force, and the air force was also somewhat nothing without him. He is a projected hero here due to people having heard more about hum but this is not putting away others who have achieved equal, less or greater.....
