Funeral prayers of Naik Muhammad Ramzan Shaheed (age; 47 years, resident of District Karak), Sepoy Gulfam Khan Shaheed (age; 29 years, resident of District Rawalpindi) and Sepoy Shah Nawaz Shaheed (age; 33 years, resident of District Sibi) who embraced Shahadat yesterday during ongoing protest were offered at Chaklala Garrison, Rawalpindi.
Honourable Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Deputy Prime Minister, Interior Minister, Minister of Information, General Syed Asim Munir, NI(M) Chief of Army Staff, Senior serving Military and Civil Officials attended the funeral.
“Pakistan cannot afford any chaos and bloodshed for achieving vested political purposes. These acts of violence are unacceptable and highly condemnable which are bordering the limits of restraint by the Law Enforcement Agencies. The entire nation pays homage to the martyred Rangers soldiers and all those police officials who have embraced shahadat and those who are injured during these riots”, PM said.
The bodies of Shuhada have been taken to their native home town where they will be laid to rest with full military honour.

قلعہ بالاحصار پشاور میں منعقدہ خصوصی گرینڈ جرگہ میں ضلع خیبر کے مختلف علاقوں سے تعلق رکھنے والے عمائدین کی جانب سے امن کو یقینی بنانے کے حوالے سے اہم پیغام دیا گیا ہے۔
فرنٹیئر کور خیبر پختونخوا نارتھ کی جانب سے منعقدہ جرگہ میں انسپکٹر جنرل فرنٹیئر کور نارتھ میجر جنرل انجم ریاض، ایڈیشنل چیف سیکریٹری، کمشنر پشاور، ڈی سی خیبر، سی سی پی او پشاور، ایڈیشنل انسپکٹر جنرل پولیس اور دیگر اعلی سول و فوجی حکام سمیت بڑی تعداد میں ضلع خیبر کے مختلف علاقوں سے تعلق رکھنے والے مشران اور نوجوانوں نے شرکت کی۔
مقامی عمائدین نے جرگہ کے انعقاد کو وقت کی اہم ضرورت قرار دیا اور اس بات کا واضح اعلان کیا کہ وہ ضلع خیبر میں امن کے لئے حکومت پاکستان اور سیکیورٹی فورسز کے شانہ بشانہ فتنہ الخوارج کے خلاف اپنا کردار ادا کرتے رہیں گے۔
اس موقع پر شرکاء نے ضلع خیبر میں سیکیورٹی اور امن کے حوالے سے اقدامات کاجائزہ لیا۔
شرکاء کو بتایا گیا کہ ضلع خیبر میں امن کے لئے پاک فوج، فرنٹیئر کور نارتھ اور دیگر قانون نافذ کرنے والے ادارے متحرک ہیں اور کسی فرد یا گروہ کو ضلع میں امن کو خراب کرنے نہیں دیا جائے گا۔
حکام نے علاقہ مشران پر زور دیا کہ وہ اس بات کو یقینی بنائیں کہ علاقہ میں حکومت پاکستان کے ذیلی اداروں کے شانہ بشانہ فتنہ الخوارج کے خلاف متحرک ہوں اور عوام میں بھی اس بات کی آگاہی پیدا کریں۔ تاکہ وہ فتنہ الخوارج کے پروپیگنڈہ سے آگاہ رہیں۔
جرگہ میں شامل لنڈی کوتل، جمرود، باڑہ اور وادئ تیراہ کے مشران نے امن کے حوالے سے مختلف تجاویز پیش کیں اور اس بات کا اعادہ کیا کہ وہ حکومت پاکستان اور سیکیورٹی فورسز کے ساتھ ہیں اور کسی بھی فرد یا عناصر کو امن خراب نہیں کرنے دیں گے۔

29 اور 30 نومبر 2024 کو بنوں اور خیبر میں فتنة الخوراج کیخلاف بہادری سے لڑتے ہوئے جام شہادت نوش کرنے والے کیپٹن محمد زوہیبُ دین شہید( عمر: 26 سال، ساکن ضلع لاہور) اور lسپاہی افتخار حسین شہید (عمر: 29 سال، ساکن ضلع جھنگ) کی نماز جنازہ پشاور اور بنوں گیریژن میں ادا کردی گئی۔
نماز جنازہ میں لفٹیننٹ جنرل عمر احمد بخاری ، کور کمانڈر پشاور سمیت اعلیٰ عسکری حکام اور جوانوں نے شرکت کی۔
کیپٹن زوہیبُ دین شہید اور سپاہی افتخار حسین شہید کو انکے آبائی علاقوں میں پورے فوجی اعزاز کے ساتھ سپردِ خاک کر دیا گیا ہے۔

۔ باجوڑ میں پاک فوج، فرنٹیئر کور نارتھ اور ضلعی انتظامیہ کے تعاون سے منعقدہ خیبرپختونخواہ امن فٹبال ٹورنامنٹ شاندار اور رنگارنگ تقریب کے ساتھ اختتام پذیر ہو گیا۔
۔ فٹبال ٹورنامنٹ پانچ روز جاری رہا جس میں مختلف اضلاع کی 16 ٹیموں نے حصہ لیا۔
۔ امن فٹبال ٹورنامنٹ شاندار رنگا رنگ تقریب کے ساتھ اختتام پزیر ہو گیا۔ اختتامی تقریب کے مہمان خصوصی انسپکٹر جنرل فرنٹیئر کور نارتھ میجر جنرل انجم ریاض تھے۔
۔ اختتامی روز فائنل میچ بھی کھیلا گیا جس میں ضلع باجوڑ کی ٹیم نے نہایت سنسنی خیز مقابلے کے بعد پنیلٹی ککس پر چترال کی ٹیم کو شکست دی۔
۔ مہمان خصوصی نے ٹورنامنٹ میں بہترین کارکردگی دکھانے والے کھلاڑیوں میں میڈلز، ٹرافیاں اور انعامات تقسیم کئے۔
۔ اختتامی تقریب میں فرنٹیئر کور نارتھ کے بینڈ نے شاندار قومی دھنیں پیش کیں۔ اس موقع پر علاقائ فنکاروں نے روایتی موسیقی اور رقص بھی پیش کیا۔
۔ اختتامی تقریب میں شاندار آتش بازی کا مظاہرہ کیا گیا جسے شرکاء نے خوب سراہا۔
۔ پاک فوج اور فرنٹیئر کور نارتھ کی جانب سے خیبرپختونخواہ امن فٹبال ٹورنامنٹ کے انعقاد پر کھلاڑیوں، علاقہ مشران، عوام، طلباء اور نوجوانوں نے مسرت کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ باجوڑ میں امن کا سہرہ عوام اور سیکیورٹی فورسز کو جاتا ہے۔ اور اس طرح کے ٹورنامنٹس کا انعقاد اس بات کی واضح مثال ہے۔

Chief of the Army Staff, General Syed Asim Munir, NI (M), visited troops participating in a field training exercise near Narowal and Sialkot. He was given a comprehensive brief on the objectives and conduct of the exercise, which aimed to refine professional skills and battlefield procedures essential for addressing emerging operational challenges.
During the exercise, integrated fire and maneuver operations were conducted by various elements, including Armour, Infantry, Mechanized Infantry, Artillery, Air Defence, Army Aviation and Anti-Tank Guided Missile units. The exercise also demonstrated the effective employment of electronic warfare capabilities and information operations designed to disrupt enemy communications and counter disinformation strategies in a modern battlefield environment.
COAS spent the day in the field alongside the troops, commending their training standards, operational readiness, and high state of morale. In his interaction with the participants, he emphasized the critical importance of maintaining constant preparedness to counter any potential threats posed by adversaries.
“The Pakistan Armed Forces, with the resolute support of the nation, are fully capable of safeguarding the territorial integrity and sovereignty of our beloved motherland against the entire spectrum of threats,” the COAS affirmed.
Earlier, upon his arrival at the exercise area, COAS was welcomed by the Commander Gujranwala Corps and the Inspector General of Training and Evaluation.

General Syed Asim Munir, NI (M), Chief of Army Staff (COAS), presided over two days 84th Formation Commanders Conference at GHQ, attended by Corps Commanders, Principal Staff Officers, and all Formation Commanders of Pakistan Army.
The forum began by offering Fateha and paying solemn tribute to the martyrs of the Armed Forces, Law Enforcement Agencies, and citizens of Pakistan who sacrificed their lives for the nation’s security and sovereignty, including those Law Enforcement Agencies personnel who embraced martyrdom during recent violent protests in Islamabad.
The forum condemned ongoing human rights violations in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir and reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering political, diplomatic, and moral support for the Kashmiri people. It also expressed solidarity with the Palestinian people, strongly condemning the atrocities in Gaza and supporting international legal measures to end military aggression.
Participants were briefed on the prevailing security environment, both external and internal, and reviewed the Army’s operational readiness to address evolving traditional and non-traditional threats.
The forum conducted a comprehensive analysis of ongoing counterterrorism operations and resolved to continue neutralizing terrorists, their facilitators, and abettors working at the behest of hostile forces to destabilize Pakistan, with heightened focus on operations against terrorists operating inside Balochistan including BLA Majeed Brigade.
Forum noted with concern the malicious propaganda done in the aftermath of the lawful deployment of the Army in the capital to secure key government buildings and provide safe & secure environment for the valued visiting delegations. This pre-planned coordinated and premeditated propaganda reflects continuity of a sinister design by certain political elements as an attempt to drive a wedge between the public & Armed Forces and institutions of Pakistan. This futile attempt, fueled and abetted by external players, will never be successful, InshAllah.
Forum emphasized that it is imperative that Government should promulgate and implement stringent laws and regulations to check unfettered and unethical use of freedom of expression to spew venom, lies and sow the seeds of polarization. Those spreading fake news for vested political / financial interests need to be identified and brought to justice. Forum resolved that Army remains committed to serving the nation & public and guard against all external and internal threats without any bias and political affiliation, and any attempt to pitch innocent people against each other and use of violence as an instrument for vested gains can never be tolerated.
Unabated use of Afghan soil against Pakistan by terrorists especially belonging to Fitna Al Khwarij was also noted with concern. Forum urged that it is in the interest of both neighboring Islamic countries to rather focus on mutually beneficial engagements and IAG needs to take visible measures to prevent use of its soil by the terrorists.
Forum reiterated resolve to continue supporting all socioeconomic & development efforts being undertaken in Khyber-Pakhtunkhawa and Balochistan by Federal and Provincial Governments for well-being of the resilient people of these Provinces who continue to stand tall against scourge of terrorism.
Highlighting Army’s commitment to socioeconomic progress, the forum resolved to continue to support government efforts in fostering economic growth, cracking down on illegal spectrum and eradicating terror-crime nexus.
Concluding the conference, the COAS emphasized the importance of professionalism, operational readiness, and the Army’s unwavering dedication to ensuring Pakistan’s security and stability, notwithstanding any odds and challenges.

On 12th August 2024, process of FGCM was initiated against Lt Gen Faiz Hamid (Retd) under provisions of #Pakistan Army Act and in first place Lt Gen Faiz Hameed (Retd) has been formally arraigned on charges of engaging in political activities, violations of Official Secret Act detrimental to safety and interest of the state, misuse of authority & government resources and causing wrongful loss to a person (s). During the process, involvement of Lt Gen Faiz Hamid (Retd), in events related to creating agitation and unrest, leading upto multiple incidents including but not limited to 9th May 2023 incident for fomenting instability; at the behest of and in collusion with vested political interests, is also being separately investigated

Pak-China Joint Exercise Warrior-VIII between Pakistan Army and Peoples Liberation Army of China was conducted from 19 November to 11 December 2024.
Three weeks long Exercise in Counter Terrorism domain is 8th in the series of bilateral exercises being held annually.
Distinguished Visitor’s Day (DVD) Ceremony of the Exercise was conducted at Tilla Field Firing Range on 10 December 2024.
Commander Rawalpindi Corps, Lieutenant General Shahid Imtiaz, HI(M) graced the ceremony as Chief Guest while, Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan along with dignitaries from China were also present.
Dignitaries appreciated high standards of professionalism displayed by troops during the Exercise.
