Okay, but the authorities still are not able to determine if the suspect is Turkish or not. How about the Chinese passport? Have the authorities confirm it to be real?

So they aren't even sure it is a Chinese passport.

The first man to be arrested had in his possession a fake Turkish travel document and police have said that the second arrestee was travelling on a Chinese passport –although that is suspected of being false.

I have read long ago from a Jane’s analysis warning that Chinese in foreign countries (tourists or oversea workers) will be considered as easy soft targets.

Unfortunately, I think we will see more attacks happening in the future. Frankly, I dont see anything the Chinese govt can do about it. Bombing plan could be intercepted, but what about knife attack against a big group of Chinese tourists or workers? Or driving big vehicles into Chinese tourist groups? These kind of attacks on foreign soil cannot be prevented easily by the Chinese govt or the foreign host country.

and sure Vietnamese, and Thai got there share of misunderstood. To them, we all look the same. I have hard time differentiate N. Vietnmese from Chinese.
I got one question. Did Vietnamese resort to terrorism in her year of liberation? I do not mean to offend, please answer the question non emotional.
