Most of the cattle smuggler are Indians they convince the BSF by giving them bribe... once they dont only some poor bangladeshi those who goes to take the cows become victim.. though sometime greedy BSF demand more bribe... if the Bangladeshi guy fail to provide they become victim.. BSF take over the cows and resell them.
