The TTP cannot establish a "Taliban state" in Pakistan, what it can do is contribute to the instability within Pakistan and hence can serve as an asset for RAW.

You do not have to subscribe to a group's ideology to support them in order to serve your interests, an example being Israeli covert support to the Mujahideen during the Afghan-Soviet war.

Well, I don't think the Indian establishment and the military even think they have the capability to dislodge Pakistan from Pakistan-administered Kashmir.

TTP may be Pakistani but its base ideology is from India - the Dar ul Uloom Deoband institution and the original Tablighi Jamaat. These are what created the original Taliban and the various other regressive militant groups from Southeast Asia to Africa to Russia to China to Europe and America.

TTP is Deobandi funded by wahhabi and bhangee.

Mumtaz Qadri was barelvi. These two sides play kafir-kafir with each other.
