Talks with Pakistan is like a merry go round. Once there is a signal for some sort of deal, some other xyz organizations do a terror attack in India. Pakistan state knows it or not is a different topic, but there are elements in Pakistan which are hell-bent on destroying India and they are trying to do exactly that. Funny enough, the world doesn't see your lies and deceit the way you see as victimhood, that's why you are left only with a China.

Only if Pakistani talk offers were genuine, here our prime minister was traveling to Pakistan in a bus, and there simultaneously Pakistan was infiltrating its soldiers onto Kargil heights.

Not just India, even American are miffed at Pakistan's duplicity. They too claim, on one hand Pakistan claims to be an American ally and accepts American money on the other hand works against American interests, where they can.

So what is the use of talking to such a nation.
