It is my opinion that Israel advertises its self as a liberal Western democracy that is open to homosexuals etc as a political ploy to display the dichotomy between Israel and her neighbours. In effect saying "We share Western values. Arabs are barbaric animals, that's why you must support us".

Though I totally support gay rights, I agree with the above poster^^ about Israel advertising itself as a liberal Western democracy full of humanity and compassion for fellow beings. That's also the point of opening this thread (though the messenger wasn't an Israeli here). Who dares to disagree?

It's good enough to guarantee people's rights in your country.

I lived in germany for a long time. and lot of my friend are turk. in my opinon: turk are not very religious people.

well, there is a difference between not acceptable at all and haram in Islam.

you 'can' drink beer, no one can force you to not. but it is a bad sin. wich you will pay for in the life after death.

homosexuality is strictly forbidden and you cannot be a muslim and gay.

don't base your opinion about Turks from some 2. or 3. generation Turks living in Germany.

well, it is up to them then. wheter they have butt or vagina sex doesn't matter. it is still not valid in Islam. that women isn't yours.

i don't have a problem with being virgin til i am married. why should that be a problem. im no perv or something that is eager after some girl. i dont self abuse myself either...
