The PAF offered apologies for the accident, the cheif met with the Kookikhel Masharan and offered condolences for their loss, the Kookikhel are still one of the most active supporters of the PA effort in Khyber.

I believe that is being done, but the GoP has yet to take over from the Army in areas where there has been an Op and start the rehabilitation process. The Concept of the Evolving Trinity is not being followed in FATA, the military is being forced to stick along longer than it should and therefore carry out reconstruction work, which is making the locals more attached to the PA than the state of Pakistan itself.

I find it interesting to see that the reconstruction work that the Army is carrying out in Baluchistan and being promoted as a good thing by Sir @Xeric in this thread:

is being described by Sir @Icarus as not being effective as the Evolving Trinity Concept is not being followed.

It seems to me that both the Army and Government need a better coherence between their plans if we are to succeed in this fight.
