BULAWAYO: Hosts Zimbabwe beat India by six wickets in the first one-day international in the Tri-Nation series here on Friday.

India posted 285 for five off their 50 overs with Zimbabwe on 289-4 in 48.2 overs.

India's new captain Suresh Raina won his first toss and elected to bat in the first international clash between the two countries in five years.
