Well its always pleasure to watch "Jamati" a$$'s in fire on PDF.

@Topic..

Great News!

Indian Bikes are already Hit in Indonesia, its time for Cars to impress the local crowd :)

What a shame. I hope our Indonesian brothers come to their senses, expel these Indian trinkets, assert their regional presence, boost their domestic automobile industry (like Electric cars, SUVs, electric bus, and other automotive projects that have already been undertaken by various Indonesian institutes) and become one of the top powers in the world which could act as a bastion of peace and justice around the region and beyond.

A jamati trying to be more Indonesian than the Indonesian themselves

Reminds me of a saying:

"Sherni ka balatkar, Aur chuha Pareshan"

Translation : "Tigress get raped and the mouse gets concerned"

Seriously! A simple foray of an Indian automotive major into Indonesia and you have gone as far as : "become one of the top powers in the world which could act as a bastion of peace and justice around the region and beyond." :woot:

Maybe Bangladeshi should introduce cars into Indonesia that runs on Jamati poonts to compete with Indian trinkets

Are all jamati A$$eS on fire . !! Indian cars in Indonesia...and Bd is having Acidity.............SOMEONE ,ANYONE get them ENO !!!

It would be great to have Indian automobiles export to Pakistan as well. There are 2 markets that we need to capture - Pakistan and BD.

They will provide great economies of scale to Indian companies even if the volumes in both these countries is low, because the cars can be loaded off the factories and rolled directly into these companies - the cost will be almost the same as they are for states like WB and Gujarat.

We need to have these two countries open up their Auto sector pronto. Most important is Pakistan owing to greater volume, then BD.

Two years on, Tata Nano sales yet to hit top gear

Avinash Nair : Ahmedabad, Thu Apr 26 2012, 02:40 hrs

It's been a little over two years since Tata Motors shifted from Singur in West Bengal to Sanand in Gujarat and began manufacturing its Nano brand of cars here. During the last couple of years, the superfluous hype surrounding the Rs 1-lakh “people’s car” has struggled to translate into sales for the company.

Tata Motors managed to sell just 1.75 lakh Nanos since the celebrated commercial launch in March 2009, which is far lower than the excitement that told on the booking numbers

1.75 lakh cars in 3 years that's more than 160 cars a day!! more than 2100 crores sales in a single model in 3 years, that's quite an achievement.

good news

TATA will get a good share in Indonesian market

Indonesia car market will surpass India next year. So every one want to enter this potential market.

And I don't think this is worth "world affair".
There are more than 400 companies bigger than Tata, so everyone of them enter a new market worth talk about here? Such as WIE enter Vietnam or Philippines?
