Targeting Indian Oil Refineries

Jamnagar, Essar, Gujarat, Panipat, Guru Gobind Singh Refineries account for about 50% of India's refining capacity and are close to Pakistan. What would be best ways to strike these facilities? Jamnagar and Essar are the closest and represent about 30% of India's oil refining capacity and are less then 130 mi from the Pakistani border. Cruise missiles? Drone Swarm? Stand off munitions? Rockets?

Did I say anything about blocking India blocking fuel supplies? You showed some pictures of missiles for a completely unrelated comment. Probably desperate for some attention? Idk.

Given this thread is all about a wet dream of bunch of fanboys, who don't know much about strategies. That is beside the point that, these refineries you lot talking about are private refineries owned by businessmen. Mostly engaged in export activities.

Which is again beside the point that we have around 24 small and large refineries and is beside the point that we have strategic petroleum reserves in and around us, like in Sri Lanka.
