BLA and other such groups hate both Pakistan and Iran and want an independent Baluchistan consisting of areas from both Pakistan and Iran. It is up to the Pakistani foreign ministry to take them on the same page on this issue. I am hopeful they will do the job.

Sorry buddy but Baluchistan isn't bordered by any overtly hostile country like India. A very genuine hurdle out of many others in the way of your dreams.
