What did the Taliban expected from a facist regime? India had only one agenda in Afghanistan, to sponsor terrorism against Pakistan for what they found ANA led scums to be a welcoming host. Can Taliban ever forget all the support India provided covertly to Kabul administration?

India can open dialogue, and there is a possibility that Taliban will also establish a contact. Their demands will revolve around:

1 - Covering monetary losses Afghani people suffered as a result of Indian support for Kabul Administration and ISKP.

2 - Give Kashmiri Muslims their right of self determination.

3 - Stop anti Muslim actions throughout India.

India doesn't understand that Taliban don't indulge in a give-n-take type negotiations. For them, either it's their way (which is mostly from Quran and Sunnah) or the highway.

India can't continue atrocities on Muslims if they want to negotiate and get something from Taliban. The United States tried its best for nearly two decades without any success. Even after the negotiations began a few years back, Taliban never dropped any of their demand.

Indians may go and bang their heads on a steel wall, they might be successful in breaking it, but with Taliban, you have to come to their terms which will require India to lose many things.

Time is running out for India that's why there have been desperate attempts being made across LoC and international borders. For Pakistan, it's now rather easy to carryout operations against Indian assets in Afghanistan. India definitely wants to try something before we secure our western border and Kashmiris find a good friend few hundred kilometres away.
