what i am feeling Taliban will engage tajkistan in few years as Tajkistan is doing its best to derail the Taliban upcoming govt and they are playing with fire since they have a military of just 8500 solders, it is not battle hardened as Talibans are, President of Tajkistan acting like a dictator for a very long time and losing his support in public, while in few years it is expected Taliban will manage to form a afghan army which will comprise different afghan fictions along with talibans and it is expected pakistan, Russia and china will support the entire process because CIA is active in TAjkistan for a while now and it will not astonish me if american next drone flights would be from Tajkistan

Say what you will about their form of government, but their leaders ain't stupid. They are not going to allow CIA to operate for much longer. A little landlocked country in the middle of China, Russia, Iran, and Afghanistan isn't going to go against the region and side with USA.
