You no nothing about Afghanistan or Afghans, the Pukhtuns of Afghanistan, who make up the majority of the country, fought against the British, Soviets, Americans and soldiers of 28 other NATO countries. And you're talking about Medical Care? Go talk to the americans who rather pay for an Uber Cab to get to the hospital than call an ambulance. Education? More than half of all the new recruits in the U.S Military are either high school grads or drop-outs.
