Sadly there is no concept of electricity bill in the tribal areas.
They do not pay bills but will take a transformer at gunpoint from WAPDA to fix the issues in case one goes faulty.

So Taliban or not...who does not bemoan the absence of free electricity?

I was thinking the same thing when did Haqqani last pay his power bill, unless you have the toughest collection agencies in the world i cant imagine people turning up to demand payment.
