I don't think pakistani nukes are made to blast of indian tanks.Pakistan has made nukes to blow off indian cities and if Pakistan ever goes nuclear its going to empty its nuclear arsenal in India before it goes down. We know we will be wiped off but not before we blast bhartis back to stoneages.

The reason they rely heavily upon tactical nukes is they know IA will pound them hard in battle. To deter that they talk of TNWs. Your TNWs are for use only in battlefields.

But for China its the best strategic window because the world knows India is hostile towards its neighbour and china can fake a false alarm that while attacking Pakistan it also attacked china,hence China is retilating hence with minimal resources china can finish off India,its the perfect alibi. Than the world can work together and make radiation free zones and colonize India just like it was colonized before independence.
