B1 variant have not got any structural differences than A -Atak but addition payload electronic warfare devices such as radar jamming system, laser warning device, radar warning device...etc (like an real fighter) plus domestic missiles Mizrak-U and Cirit.

Mr. Dortkasli stated out that, (Latest 21 T-129 Atak will be manufactured B2 variant), The take-off weight of B2 is planned to be increased between %5-%10 (max. 500kg), While new generation avionic systems/hardwares will be connected(!) to gain aprox. %50 lighter weight of current A version's avionics. Such efforts will make B2 to be able to carry more weapon payload and gained increased range. The Nose section will be re-designed/quite longer than standart A and B1 versions.

What are night mission capability differences of current super cobras and T-129 ?.. How much T-129 superior to super cobras ?..

BTW delivery ceremony of T-129 is today @17:00... President, PM all of them will be there...

AgustaWestland, Havelsan to collaborate on helicopter simulators​

Anglo-Italian helicopter maker AgustaWestland and Turkey's Havelsan have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate and jointly market and sell their complementary training products and capabilities, AgustaWestland announced on 9 June.

Sadik Yamac, CEO of Havelsan, said: "Havelsan wishes to provide simulation and synthetic training systems, including information management solutions, in support of the various rotorcraft platforms purchased by the Turkish Government and International Defence and Government Customers. This MoU is an important step towards achieving our aims in the rotorcraft training systems market."

The Turkish government has been expanding its helicopter fleet substantially in recent years with the 59-platform T129 ATAK combat helicopter, which saw first deliveries in April, and the signature of a contract with Sikorsky for 109 T-70 helicopters in March.

Guys if you would put T-129 EDH & T-129B1 & T-129B2 & (our) Cobras & Super Cobras in order by pointing them with out of 10 points how would your list would be...

I guess list will be like this...

1- T-129B2
2- T-129B1
3- T-129 EDH
4- Super Cobra
5- Cobra

I know EDHs will not stay as EDH but current situation is this... So i moved EDHs down step by step in 3 lists because of their limited weapons (unguided missile & gun only)...

So which one is your list and what are these different helicopters' points out of 10...

You can prepare 2 lists... 1 for 'against terrorist' 2nd one is for 'conventional war'...

Cobra (p models) are one engine platforms. So i wouldnt count them.
