The West is going to try a ploy to get concessions by Syria to not use it's large Biological and Chemical stockpiles if a foreign military power attacks them. Such a concession would be insanity and foolish by Syria to accept and follow.
It's clear Syria should make all preparations needed for active deployment of it's Biological and Chemical weapons on nearby Apartheid Israel in a moment's notice.
