It is better Swedes take a cue from China and issue a more democracy-friendly version of population control from now itself. Like a Two-Child Policy or something. 10 million looks tiny but this is how it starts.

We Indians made this mistake of allowing everything and anything and today we have 1.25 billion, of which 65% population is under 30 years of age. It looks good when you have a lot of skills ready to take up but when the fields are limited, things go out of hand.

It has grown from 8M to 10M in 50 years.
The major cause of the recent increase is refugees, but they only have a temporary right to stay.
