Government can get special equipment and hire professionals .

Less I think. These structures keep constantly getting renovated. Even the Red fort in delhi has modern bricks installed in some places to replace damaged ones.

Thats why i think Government should buy equipment and as well as train and hire local people who are living around those ghats.
