Supreme Court asks Centre to reveal all names in the #BlackMoney list tomorrow

You still have not come up with any counters, SC had access to the data all along so NDA govt. was not covering up anything . Now ball is on SC's court as SC has taken over the investigation any further developments will be all in because of the SC . Some people are way too desperate to blame the Modi govt. for no reason what so ever.

No 'data access' is there till you officially submit. There are processes. They can't recognize anything until submitted. Modi govt has told SC they can't give names only last week right? Then how come once the judges got strict they submitted within a day?

SC was monitoring the SIT which had access to the data since June . So what was SC crying about all this time ? Modi govt. only told that the names cannot be made public . Judges are simply incredibly butt hurt after the judicial appointment bill .

I think so too, but they might had calculated only with the UPA and the media pointing fingers to their promises, but now SC is taking a rather surprising and pro active stand, which also forces the NDA to act more than they might wanted. Keep in mind that the SIT was a SC order too, so the NDA and not even the UPA if they had won the elections could had rejected to install it. But then again, this is India we are talking, now we have a timeline till march to investigate, but extentions of the timeline wouldn't surprise anybody right?

March :rofl::lol:. Look SC is going to do it's job and ask for the report. But there will be many many devious ways in which the govt. push that out. Don't expect anything except a showpiece progress. But the problem is that our govts. don't even allow that. That's what makes me angry.

You still have not come up with any counters, SC had access to the data all along so how can NDA govt. be held responsible ? Now ball is on SC's court as SC has taken over the investigation any further developments will be all in because of the SC . Some people are way too desperate to blame the Modi govt. for no apparent reason .

You can't blame Modi or the NDA at this point for anything other than their promises, since that is the bar THEY have raised. Bringing black money back in so and so days and not doing things as the UPA did were their claims and the public can and must take them accountable for these promises.
Apart from that, the work in this field has just started and it would be far to early to criticize them for the work so far, since we have to wait some more for investigations and results.

'Monitoring' vs officially submitting...lots of difference. Sure everyone knows that the Ambanis probably have black money but until govt says, yes- they have and this is the amount signed and sealed, it is of no use.

Agreed with the promises part , Rajnath Singh did go overboard with the promises the rest will take time

Yeah, that's pretty much what I expect too, but as I said, I would be more interest in work against black money in India anyway.

Monitoring or not they had access to the data , which means all this was a drama to make monkey out of the public . Blaming Ambani and Adani is a new hobby of AAp and congytards . Blindly blaming people without any proof is stupid. Besides I'd rather have Modi taking backing form Indian Corporates rather than Ford foundation or Vatican

If wishes could be horses yes. Not gonna happen if it's any party other than AAP. They are the only 'outsiders'

He was one part, but Modi also promised to bring back large ammounts of money and as soon as he gets in power. The media and the public surely cuts him some slack since the government is new, but at a certain point there must be real results to back up the promises, but we all know that this will take years. So even Modi might feel the disappointment at a certain time.

You're living in some lala land. They can't recognize anything as proof until the prosecutors sign off. That's something the govt didn't do. Increasingly you are among the few who are not accepting a devious intent. These guys aren't different from the ones they replaced.

One reason why I would have liked to see them proving themselfs in Delhi, although I knew that these kind of parties will struggle when they got to power and sadly that's what happend. But for India as a country, they could had been the chance for real change in many of the core problem areas.

Nothing but the most distilled wisdom you have heard till date.

I think they're learning fast. Though there is some kooky socialist ideas among the top brass. I guess they've tempered that down a bit a lot needs to be done for them to accept that way forward really is aggressive capitalism. But as administartors, they're doing good work. that's why the BJP is avoiding elections. look what they're doing-

prosecution and investigation of these individuals were going on , Supreme Court were pussyfooting for 7 years under UPA and suddenly after the judicial appointments bill they get a hard on. Nothing can be achieved in a span of few months. Modi govt. should have been given the 5 years time to prove himself or face the consequences but thankfully to the ineptitude of the SC Modi govt. has been absolved of his responsibilities . Modi govt. is million times better than what they replaced

Yes , he did promise and he has been relieved of his responsibilities before even 6 months . SO he has really nothing to worried about or disappointed about .
