The Pakistan army has started a rehabilitation program for such youth who had been recovered from terrorists or arrested so far.

Although you are justified in your anger, it is not difficult to see that these guys are innocent illiterate people. Compare them with 911 or time square or london or madrid bombers.

The guys who train them and use as bombs should be punished. You will get enough of these people(in any place which does not have jobs/education/money) if you dont close the terror factory and the punish the owner of the terror factory.

I agree, this guy should get punishment, but definitely he is not the main culprit. It is like blaming a shooter (who you can get for money) and not the don.
These guys are not educated and poor.

They are just unfortunate,uneducated and less privileged members of the society who have been led astray by the extremists. Yep, that is specific to this guys. But their masterminds are pakistanis too(unless you want to point fingers at others). Why does not pakistani govt act against those people who train them and pay them.
