Nope. The 149 and 139 are in different performance levels. As such, the requirement was for SAR and even the Italian air force chose the lighter 139.

yes thats why i said its between the 101 and the 139... yes the italians did choose the 139 over the 149 due to its weight and its commonality they have already

On 24 May 2016, AugustaWestland parent Leonardo-Finmeccanica announced that Pakistan had signed a contract for an undisclosed number of AW139s as part of a fleet renewal programme spread over several batches, including a logistic support and training package. The AW139s, deliveries of which are expected in 2017, will be used to perform search-and-rescue (SAR) operations across the country. A total of 11 AW139s are already in service in Pakistan, with five aircraft operated for government relief and transportation duties.

speaking of aw pakistan and italy are quiet close considering you have some interesting history with some sams (currupt but still business) and also the poibilities of selex providing aesa and suite for the jf-17.
if you order 101's to replace the seaking's( i know they have about 5 more years in them) and a mixture of the 109/119 for high altitude 139/149 for serveral purposes such as vvip transport, sar, policing, emergency relief, transport.

if a sufficent number of the mixture is ordered you may be able to built them
