. . . . . . .
Indian AF after 27th is rectifying their errors and doing major procurements and we are busy making monuments and patches it seems
Really... how...by flying a couple of SU-30s and fooling their public that they didn't lose any SU-30s.
And this MMRCA is going on for over a decade.

Procurement of better ranged missiles and secure radio communication kits and induction of new potent platform.

Your post is very valid and not to be laughed off. We should also do some brainstorming. Get some high altitude long range SAMS whether S400, S500 or Turkish Hisar series or Chinese ones. Pantsir won't hurt either.

Then MAYBE(big maybe) get some aircrafts too.

We have good AWACS. F16 and JFT BLK 3 with BVR is good as well.
Rest when it comes to BVR technique and timing is key.

But we need to beef up air defence and ABM capabilities.

If you have spare few billion dollars lying around, you could help the PAF make new procurement to fulfil your wishlist.

Here is Pakistan's Budget for 2019-2020:

Total Federal Budget: $35 billion
Debt Repayment: $20 billion
Defence Budget: $10 billion
Remainder: $5 billion (to run rest of the country)

Thats not how budgets work. And you don't pay the debt you replace it with new one.

Dear France,

We hereby demand our fair share in the profits you earned by selling Rafale jets to India.
It was us who by thrashing India and their superiority complex on 27 February, made them to buy your jets as we proved to them that their 250 SU-30MKI are not enough to beat us .
We are 1/3rd their size and fly much older jets than IAF.
In all honesty if India had done half as good on 26th and 27th February, as they claim, with their existing jets, they had ordered more russian jets not yours.
That is proof enough that it was our performance which caused your sales of your Rafale jets to India.
You had been trying to sell your Rafale to India since 2010 and India was delaying. You spent a lot of money on calling their ministers and military officials to France on extravagant visits, hoping to lure them into buying your Rafale jets, but none of that worked.
Eventually it was our fantastic tea which came to your rescue and sealed the deal for you.
If you pay our share soon enough, we may even share our "Fantastic tea" recepi with you.

Yours sincerely,
Pakistan air force.
