Is this any kind of religious sects?? I have seen this kind of acts by Pentecostal people claiming that Holy Spirit visited them..

This is the way of releasing tension inside the human brain due to daily life activities(Some people do act like that because of hysteria like we see in Indian traditional festivals where women act like weird). Modern day equivalent of DISCO.
