That's the job of Government. But yeah we need quality Education not just focusing on quantity

The USA isn't there to attack Iran to begin with....

How will Pakstani Nukes affect USA?

It affects the world as we know it and change it for much worse as per the MIT study done during Bush Jr term. The USA doesn't want to change the status quo built since WW2. The bone of contention with China lies over there.....
