"Everywhere" is a bit of an exaggeration. Its just one street. But i dont know why City lets it to be like that. I can tell you its very insignificant within philly area.

To be fair - people are miserable in certain areas here and from certain backgrounds. But that goes into deeper discussions of institutions and racial discrimination.

However, the number of requests for guidance I have had from people who just ten years ago would “never leave Pakistan” have doubled if not tripled.

To them I keep saying, the laws are open and public for the criteria- if you can qualify please join the 12 month backlog at US embassy Islamabad.
