Are there any non violent provisions which will allow the states to leave the union?

Yes. A State cannot secede unilaterally but with the consent of other States.

Incorrect. Agreement of the States is a political process.

So when you consent of other states, how many you got? 50 odd? How practical it would be to get everyone agree?

There is a defined due process for that. The agreement need not be unanimous, but at least a two-thirds majority.

Its disputed weather Texas still has the right to leave the union. Most Texans will say that it does though

US looks much worse now than when I lived there...

Had they spent those trillions in the US instead of bombing Moslems things wouldn't be this bad.

Still impractical. You will never have that level of consent.

It is not any tougher than the standard for a Constitutional Amendment, a process that has been concluded successfully so many times in US history already.

You cant have amendment when your parliament has got representation from all your states. So if any states want to go it's own way, they simply do not have enough numbers to amend the constitution. Again practically impossible. Rather it should be with local state assembly to decide, just like Scots are deliberating on their independence.

Zombies walking around shiny cars.

Dont you get tired of "US is shit and China is great" propaganda with each thread you open?

Not if he gets paid per post...

Remember Xi is trying to lift 100's of millions in China from "Extreme" poverty into just simple "poverty".

So where does he post pictures from...inner city poor areas.

Matters of national importance require an inclusive and deliberative procedure, as is specified by the applicable due process, whatever your personal views about it may be.

And those people on the street don't look normal and stable, If a sizable US population are like them, this country is in serious trouble.

As per this wesbite https://billypenn.com/2021/08/18/ke...ampments-clearout-philadelphia-opioid-crisis/ anywhere between 300-600 people live that in philly.
Philadelhia city population is 1.6 million and metro population is 6 million.

well tbh these videos do not have that zombie apocalypse type shock value that can be seen in philly videos. But it is really small population in philly. And everything in america can be in excess. So it gets hyped more than necessary.
