Pakistan army isn't going into Kohistan because they kept their part of the deal and didn't allow any part of Kohistan to be used by Terrorist, not because it's a "no" go area.

Correct, I remember when Fazlullah sent some fighters to instigate a rebellion against the army, the pashtun fighters of ttp were captured and handed over to the police and told not too venture in their areas.
