Norway: the next major re-equipment project for the Navy is replacing the submarine fleet. The project is currently in the final definition phase with the German manufacturer Thyssen Krupp having been selected in February 2017 to deliver four new submarines, based on the Type 212-class, starting in the mid-2020s to replace the Ula-class boats (also of German design). A firm build contract with Thyssen Krupp is anticipated by 2019.
The construction of the Ula-class vessels was an international project. The combat systems were made in Norway by Kongsberg, the attack sonar is German and the flank sonars French. The hull sections were produced in Norway and assembled in Germany by Thyssen Nordseewerke. In Germany, the design is known as the U-Boot-Klasse 210.

Poland: The Polish Navy is undergoing a full modernization. Initially planned as a 9 billion zloty project, the budget was reduced to 5 billion zloty in 2012 which caused projects delays or cancellations over the allotted time 2010 - 2018. Replacing Kilo class sub and four ex-Norwegian Kobben-class submarines. Three new submarines (to be called Orca class) are planned with delivery expected in 2024-2025. With the increased tension in the area surrounding Poland, plans have been put in place to potentially procure up to 3 new submarines with cruise missile launch capability. The cruise missiles carried - IF acquired - are planned to have an 800 km range. In the case of submarines (codename Orca, Orka in Polish) it is estimated to acquire two units until 2022 and a third unit by 2025. The start of a tender procedure for the construction of new submarines was expected in the third quarter of the year 2014. According to the minister Mroczek, in the Polish requirements there is no plan to arm submarines with maneuvering missiles (cruise). The ships will also not be built in Poland.
One interim option was to buy a joint purchase with Norway, another is to acquire them separately through the tender procedure. The Polish Ministry of National Defence is expected to decide this year [2017] on the supplier of three new submarines for the country’s Navy. Three companies have applied to take part in the procurement procedure: France’s DCNS (Scorpene?), Sweden's Saab (A-26) and Germany’s ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems (212). STM SELECTS HAVELSAN TO HELP SUPPORT PAKISTAN AGOSTA 90B UPGRADE

C4 Defence reports that Savunma Teknolojileri Mühendislik ve Ticaret A.Ş. (STM) awarded Turkish defence electronics vendor Havelsan a contract to supply a Naval Integration Command and Control System for the Pakistan Navy’s Agosta 90B submarine upgrade program.

As per C4 Defence, the contract was signed on 27 December, 2016.

This is Havelsan’s first time supplying underwater solutions for a foreign user.

Notes & Comments:

STM won the bid to upgrade the Pakistan Navy’s three Agosta 90B submarines in June 2016. As per Turkish officials, the value of the contract was USD $350 million. As the principal contractor, STM is responsible for selecting subsystem vendors to equip the Khalid-class submarine.

In October, STM selected Airbus Defence and Space to provide the SERO 250 periscope and OMS 200 optronic mast. In November, STM selected Aselsan’s ARES-2SC/NS electronic support measures system.

The specific designation of Havelsan’s solution (for the Agosta 90Bs) was not disclosed. The company does have several new-generation subsystems in development, including a new combat management system and command and control system for the Turkish Navy’s forthcoming Type 214s. It is not clear if these will coincide with the Pakistani program. Considering that the original STM press release notes that it would take 45 months to deliver the first upgraded Agosta 90B, it is possible (assuming that this is not a typo) that the long lead time is accounting for Havelsan’s development cycle.

STM is also working to sell four MILGEM warships to the Pakistan Navy, it hopes to secure a final contract in 2017. STM is also pitching its FAC-55 design for the Pakistan Navy’s need for four to six fast attack crafts, which may be destined for the Navy’s newly raised Task Force-88 unit.

STM is responsible to integrate new National torpedoes to submarines in Turkish submarine projects. STM as main contractor to upgrade Agosta submarines, will certainly offer Turkish torpedo integration options to Pakistani officials.

that will bring down the number and we have to wait till 2028 for that , and Ag-70s are too old , yes they had some upgrades but still they are not clos to Ag-90s , if replaced they can give good 30 years of service , and they can be replaced in 4 to 5 years.
It will be 3+2 =5 Ag-90s SSKs and 8 new Chinese SSKs total 13 .
In the end its jus a question . Hope people don't call me daydreamer .

I don't think so , they will only replace Ag-70's not the B's they will still serve for some time more.
