There is some truth to it. I don't know how it was before but now some parts of central Colombo like Fort area looks like a slum.

Yes it was bad during the election. Garbage wasn't collected in some weeks but its all good now, I don't know about other areas but Colombo is mostly clean

Chamipka Ranawaka is the Megapolis and Western province development minister now. He is one of the best guys for the job
