A lot of Tesla defender try to claim it's owner stepping on wrong pedal in panic. But how can u step on it for so long if it's a mistake? In the video, you can see that Tesla's brake light is on.
At that time, there were no obstacles ahead. Therefore, it is absolutely impossible for the brake light to be illuminated by the 'automatic emergency brake system', but by the owner of Tesla.
This proves that Tesla owners did not lie.
I might be wrong, but that doesn't seem to be the break lights. In the video, you can see that Tesla's brake light is on.

its obvious you've never driven a Tesla. The car is designed to slow down and stop when the gas (accelerator) pedal is lifted due to its regenerative brakes. I love it when people comment on stuff they have no clue about. From the footage we can see, at first, the driver is trying to park his car.
But suddenly the car is speeding up, forcing the driver to enter the road to avoid trees, and then to avoid a motorcycle.
Along the road, the car is getting faster and faster, and the driver is going crazy trying to avoid any obstacles on the road before finally the unavoided crash.
In case like this, it will be ended in a crash.
From the footage is clear that is not the driver's fault, he is trying his best not to crash his expensive car.
It's definitely a faulty car.
Anybody who drive a EV will never go back ICE becos even a cheap kia EV torque can easily beat Ferrari ICE.its obvious you've never driven a Tesla. BTW Tesla brakes are made by Brembo the same company that makes brakes for Formula 1 racing cars.

I don't own a Tesla and I hate all electric cars except golf carts it's the only thing electric cars are good for..
Look at the picture, the brake light is obviously on.I might be wrong, but that doesn't seem to be the break lights.
View attachment 896601this is break lights, see how the center is filled with red?
The Tesla was driving with the lights on, so the red lights around the center work, but the break lights don't seem to work.
Tesla has no handbrake, only P gear.Haven't driven a Tesla before, but is there no hand brakes that can help slow the car down slowly?
