I don't understand how the arrests and replacing higher judiciary is abrogation of Constitution when the parliament was not dussolved and absolutely no change was made in the Government - zilch, nada!

My loyalty is towards this state and its constitution, period!

It's not about whether the judges delivered some golden Era or not coz the judge is bound to go by the book and whose responsibility is it to revitalize the word of the book? But the parliament won't introduce no ease of process to the ordinary litigant hence the cases gonna linger on for infinity coz the parliament which also happens to use the executive powers which in itself is a violation of this parliamentary system is handpicked some where else. When Parliament the Supreme is untouched then how was the Emergency that only removed higher judiciary an abrogation of the Constitution?

Please explain in clear legal terms with reference to Constitution articles where removal of judges by Executive is the 'abrogation of Constitution'!

Plz end running in circles. It's not a rocket science to know how a judge is supposed to be removed by the book. No public servant who has a case pending before a judge can't just order his subordinates to go and arrest that judge as the Verdict is most likely to be coming against him.

If a Presidential Ordinance (Zardari signed) can remove many judges including CJP to bring back Kana and others, and that was all legal then no one has a right to complain when the current judges are replaced with new in one sweep through another Presidential Ordinance.

I would like to see an Ordinance where all judges appointed by PCO judges are removed from their posts.

PCO Judges were illegal appointments therefore a PCO CJP's appointed judges are also illegal appointments.

This is one way to clean the scum brought in by Kana!
