There are ways to verify or debunk any such claims (such as US satellites designed and functioning to detect missile launches) It is not possible in the real world to make up such test stories if they are not happening on ground. Agni-VI test scheduled in May 2018 as developmental programme of Agni-V was completed in Jan 2018 with first user test.
