Couldn’t do anything about it? Al Qaeda has been wiped off the face of the earth. When is the last time you’ve heard anything from AQ other than their leadership getting turned to paste?

He meant that you couldn't really do anything about the real perpetrators and planners.......and he wasn't talking about rag tag Talibaan or make believe Al-Qaeda or other 3rd world countries.
