Well I agree with u on this but in India u will find Jatts talking in such tone with everybody I m living in haryana for 20 odd years n they speak in such a way that for a first timer they wud be shockingly rude but they wudn't feel that they have offended anybody because its there dialect which is called khadi boli to be polite there language isn't that refined....
