Away from Islamabad, at Sea View, Karachi, PAF thrilled the crowds with tantalizing air displays.

I believe they have multiple cameras covering multiple things at the same time, its the producer/director who decides which camera's coverage goes live, so he cuts in and out different camera feeds on his own desire/mood/choice/stupidity. Meanwhile whatever other cameras are covering at that time is all recorded and filed in the records.

I've to say today they hired one of the most tharkiest cameraman

Sqn Ldr Simon "Kermit" Rea is a New Zealander attached to RAF. He flew for 3 seasons with the Red Arrows as well.
